Concern at PSG as Keylor Navas goes off injured for Costa Rica

Keylor Navas was unable to play the second half for Costa Rica in their World Cup qualifier against the USA on Wednesday night, according to Marca.
It was a blow not only to Los Ticos, who lost the game 2-1, but also for the gloveman's club Paris Saint-Germain, who could see Navas ruled out for a period of time.
Keylor felt pain in his hip and was unable to move it fully, an issue which made him decide not to re-emerge after the interval.
Instead, the 34-year-old will fly straight back to Paris to be assessed.
It's bad news for the experienced 'keeper, who is fighting for his PSG jersey with Gianluigi Donnarumma and will not want to be out of action for any length of time.
