Mr. President, dear brother,

On behalf of myself and the Turkish people, I sincerely congratulate you on your birthday.

Under your wise leadership, friendly and fraternal Azerbaijan has achieved great progress in its development and cemented its status in the international arena.

In this process, the Turkey-Azerbaijan relations, which get power from old fraternity traditions, have become a unique stability factor for our region.

Excellency, your visit to our country on November 12-13, 2013, after presidential elections, contributed to expansion of our strategically important relations.
