Dear Mr. President,
I was deeply saddened to hear about the tragic fire on an oil rig off the coast of Azerbaijan, which claimed many lives.
On behalf of the Lithuanian people and on my own behalf, I extend sincere condolences to the victims` families, loved ones and to the people of your country. I wish you all strength and fortitude as you continue rescue operations and move to overcome the painful consequences of this disaster.
