Dear Mr President,
On behalf of the Azerbaijani community in Estonia, we sincerely congratulate you on your re-election as President of the Azerbaijan Republic and wish you success in your work to unite the diaspora around the idea of statehood.
Thanks to your high attention to and care of the establishment of the diaspora, Azerbaijanis in Estonia have strengthened their relations with their historical homeland even more and increased their influence in the public-political life of the country they live in.
Activists of the Azerbaijani community are now members of the parliament and municipal bodies of the Republic of Estonia. Our sportsmen who have won world and European competitions, our prominent cultural figures and all our countrymen in general are held in high esteem in Estonian society.
Dear Mr President, we are indebted to your wise domestic and foreign policy for all our successes. We wish you new successes in the high state position and strong health.
