I cordially congratulate You and the Azerbaijani people on Your re-election as President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
We are confident that just like today, in the future Azerbaijan will continue to develop successfully, consistently retaining its place among the most powerful states of the region. The unity and solidarity of the Azerbaijani people, who are putting forward great will and dedication in this development, are at the level which evokes a sense of pride.
