ISRAELI DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER TO VISIT AZERBAIJAN
Israeli Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Strategic Affairs, chief of Party “Israel is our house” Avigdor Liberman will visit Azerbaijan on August 15.
The visit aims to get acquaint with Azerbaijan and develop relations between the two countries.
The Knesset member, chairman of Israel-Azerbaijan International Association Iosif Shagal will also arrive in Baku together with him. The guests will visit the tomb of the late Azerbaijani president Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honors, attend the opening of Jews Cultural Center and meet with Jewish community in Girmizi (Red) District of Guba.
The guests are expected to have series of official meetings. They wile also have meetings with the leadership of State Committee for Azerbaijanis Living Abroad. This is Mr. Liberman’s first visit to Azerbaijan.
