Kazakh delegations visit the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity

During their visit to Azerbaijan, the Kazakh delegation led by Zhanat Kurmanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan’s Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF JSC), and Marat Janybekov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Social Insurance Fund, toured the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity, which operates under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
The delegation was briefed on the center’s activities. Established on the initiative of First Vice-President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva, the center focuses on unlocking the creative potential of people from vulnerable groups and broadening their opportunities for self-expression.
Elvira Ansari, Director of the center, highlighted the comprehensive social, pedagogical, and psychological support provided to beneficiaries, as well as the success of talented participants in presenting their creative works at national and international events. The discussion also covered projects implemented through the center’s regional branches to promote inclusivity.
The Kazakh delegation expressed strong admiration for the center’s work, its inclusive and creative environment, and the impressive artworks created by individuals from vulnerable groups.
