MEETING OF CIS INTERNAL AFFAIRS EXPERTS STARTS IN BAKU
The meeting of the experts of the CIS countries` internal affairs ministries has started today in Baku.
The two-day event was opened by Azerbaijan Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Asgar Alakbarov who spoke of his country`s economic and social development.
He also informed the participants about the Azerbaijani Internal Ministry`s efforts towards fighting terrorism and other crimes.
The meeting brings together twelve CIS internal affairs experts as well as representatives of the CIS Coordination Bureau to Combat Organized Crime.
The participants will define the agenda of the CIS Council of Ministers of Internal Affairs to be held in Baku next month.
