I would like to extend my congratulations on your appointment to the position of Prime-Minister of Azerbaijan Republic.
I want to assure you that as before, the European Commission will continue to support you and Your Government for implementation of the reforms, which intensify development of the relations between EU and Azerbaijan in the spheres of energy and transport.
I am looking forward to meeting you in Brussels, including the summit to be organized by the European Union and European Parliament on November 13-14, 2003.
