Official Tirana invites SOCAR to supply Albania with natural gas
Baku, December 7 (AZERTAC). Albania has invited the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) to supply the country with natural gas, said Albanian Minister of Economy and Energy Damian Gjiknuri at panel discussions held as part of the 3rd Caspian Forum in Istanbul.
The minister said Albania and South-East region of Europe had prospective gas market. He added official Tirana holds active discussions with Montenegro and Croatia on Trans-Adriatic pipeline`s passing through these countries.
