OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS ARE PREPARING NEW PROPOSALS, BRYZA
The OSCE Minsk Group chairmen are working out new proposals for settlement of the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh, said Mathew Bryza, Group’s co-chairman from the Unites States, on Friday in Baku.
The American diplomat said it is impossible to put forward new proposals without listening to the sides involved in the conflict. He went on to say that there is a progress in the settlement of the problem.
While responding to the question related to the next meeting between the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia, he said it depends on the heads of states themselves.
However, he pointed out that the meeting might be held in October or November, adding it is not yet agreed when the two countries` foreign ministers would meet.
