At the 26 October sitting, the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) of the Azerbaijan Republic has ratified the Convention between Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Government of the Republic of Italy, Greece and the Kingdom of Belgium on Elimination of Double Taxation of Incomes and Property and Prevention of Tax Evasions, and Additional Protocol to this Convention”, as well as contracts on encouragement of investments and mutual protection, on international motor transportations.

It was noted that ratification of the documents would promote development of trade-economic links of Azerbaijan with these countries, set environment for prevention of tax evasion.

Then, the parliamentarians have discussed the bill “On credit agreement on financing the project “Measures against mudflow” between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Asian Bank for Development”.

According to the agreement signed in July current year in Baku, the Asian Bank for development will give to Azerbaijan a grant at amount 500 thousand US dollars and credit in numerous currencies 15 million 336 thousand US dollars.
