PRESIDENT ALIYEV RECEIVES AIBA PRESIDENT
President Ilham Aliyev received Friday at the Presidential Palace President of the International Amateur Boxing Association (AIBA) Ching-Kuo Wu.
Ilham Aliyev congratulated Ching-Kuo Wu on his election as AIBA President.
President Aliyev said huge attention is paid to sport in Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani leader stressed Baku has been home to a number of European and world championships.
Ching-Kuo Wu expressed his gratitude to Ilham Aliyev for his congratulations.
Mr. Wu said while in Baku, he witnessed how much attention the country pays to development of sport.
Ching-Kuo Wu also pointed to successful cooperation between AIBA and Azerbaijan.
