PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV CONGRATULATES HIS UZBEK COUNTERPART ON COUNTRY’S INDEPENDENCE DAY
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulations to his Uzbek counterpart Islam Karimov on the national holiday of his country - Independence Day.
President of Azerbaijan expressed confidence for further development of friendship and all-round cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, noting that the interstate relations will assist strengthening of peace, stability and progress in region.
President Aliyev wished Islam Karimov robust health and success in state activity, the Uzbek people - tranquility and prosperity.
