PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV INAUGURATES LEATHER PROCESSING FACTORY IN YEVLAKH
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva attended on Wednesday the inauguration of the “Gilan Deri” LLC’s leather processing factory in Yevlakh.
A total of $15 million dollar was invested in the factory. The factory with the capacity of 36 tons per day now employs 320 workers. The average salary ranges AZN 140-1000.
President Ilham Aliyev pressed the button starting the factory. He viewed the production process here. The company exports its goods to Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Turkey and China.
President Ilham Aliyev examined the leather, and stressed the need to establish such modern companies in Azerbaijan.

The same day, the President and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva 
officially inaugurated the secondary school in Yukhary Garkhun village in Yevlakh region.
