PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES LITHUANIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY DELEGATION
Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev received Wednesday the delegation of the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense led by Minister Juozas Olekas.
Juozas Olekas conveyed the greetings and best wishes from his country’s President to Ilham Aliyev.
The Lithuanian Minister stressed Ilham Aliyev`s visit to his country in September was very successful.
Olekas expressed his confidence that the Azerbaijani leader`s forthcoming visit to Vilnius will also contribute to further deepening of Lithuania-Azerbaijan relations.
Ilham Aliyev said relations between the two countries are rapidly developing in all areas.
The Azerbaijan President recalled his recent Lithuania visit saying it gave a huge boost to Azerbaijan-Lithuania cooperation.
Ilham Aliyev emphasized he believes the Lithuanian Defense Minister`s current visit will also contribute to the expanding of the two countries` relations.
The Azerbaijani President asked Juozas Olekas to convey his greetings and best wishes to the Lithuanian leader.
