PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN CONGRATULATES HIS LATVIAN COUNTERPART ON PROCLAMATION DAY
DAY President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulations to his Latvian counterpart Valdis Zatlers and his country’s people on the Day of Proclamation of the Republic of Latvia.
In his letter, the Azerbaijani leader noted the existing traditional friendship and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia today reached their new era.
Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that relations between the two countries will further enhance.
President Aliyev wished his Latvian counterpart strong health, and the Latvian people peace and progress.
