PRESIDENT OF TAJIKISTAN MEETS WITH AZERBAIJAN PREMIER
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon staying in Baku for a two-day official visit, met in his temporary residence Ulduz on Tuesday with Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade.
He expressed satisfaction with his current visit and the talks with President Ilham Aliyev, noting they will encourage deepening of the existing relations between the two countries, realization of mutually beneficial economic projects and increase in trade.
The Prime Minister pointed out the necessity to intensify bilateral economic cooperation that he said will meet the interests of both nations.
The President of Tajikistan and the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan also exchanged views on a number of other issues of mutual interest.
