PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Your Excellency, I am very glad to note acceleration of bilateral cooperation between Korea and Azerbaijan in all areas after my visit to Azerbaijan in May 2006 and visit of Your Excellency to Korea in April 2007.
I wish to transfer Your Excellency the respect and friendly feelings through delegation of Korea led by the Vice Commerce, Industry and Energy Minister of South Korea Mr. Lee Jae-Hun, which will make visit to Azerbaijan with the purpose of the further expansion of economic cooperation between our countries.
I highly estimate resolute management of Your Excellency and the perfect economic policy of Your government. Owing to this policy, Azerbaijan has achieved quick economic growth.
I wish, that you would support construction by the Korean companies of power stations, ship-building factories and seaports which can bring contribution to economic development of Azerbaijan, and also our cooperation in the field of development of such infrastructure projects and resources, as lining of roads and railroads.
I am confident, that visit of the Korean delegation to Azerbaijan will become a fine opportunity to establish wider economic cooperation between our countries.
I express You cordial gratitude for the high attention given by you to strengthening of bilateral economic cooperation between Korea and Azerbaijan, I wish you strong health, and to Azerbaijan - constant successes and progress.
