On behalf of the people of Ukraine and on my personal behalf, I cordially congratulate You on the occasion of the national holiday – Day of Independence of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Confidently conducting the important reforms and social changes, Azerbaijan is becoming a country of stability and prosperity, has high reputation on the international arena, marches along the path of strengthening state sovereignty and widening democratic process in the country.
With particular satisfaction I would like to underline that positions of our states on many actual problems are very close or completely coincide. Such level of mutual understanding was possible thanks to Your personal efforts aimed at open and mutually beneficial dialogue on all directions of the Ukrainian-Azerbaijani co-op in the spirit of strategic partnership.
