PROTECTION OF STATE ATTRIBUTES DEDICATED
As was informed, representatives of the ministries and state committees, deputies of Milli Majlis, heads of the non-governmental organizations, public associations took part in the workshop.
Speakers dwelt on significance of the state attributes, shortages in their propagation, on the attitude to these attributes, measures that are necessary for carrying out in this area. The orators have emphasized that change of the established sizes and colors of the state attributes is inadmissible. At the same time, in some cases one can see the national flag made with infringement of the established sizes. Happens and so, that colors on the national flag does not correspond the established format.
Also was noted that in the society it is poorly conducted the enlightenment work connected to the state attributes, their value, and sense. It has been underlined that it is necessary for non-governmental organizations, public associations and mass media to show activity in this cause. However, unfortunately, some newspapers, using freedom of speech and press in the country, publish the pre-conceived materials, which are not corresponding to the validity about the state attributes, their sense.
The speakers highly have estimated inclusion of bills of the state attributes in the plan of work of present session of Milli Majlis. It has been marked that it is necessary to strengthen educational work, and citizens should show activity for maintenance of protection of the state attributes and valid attitude to them.
