ROLE OF COURT IN FORMING CIVIL SOCIETY DEDICATED
As informed to AzerTAj from GTZ representation in Azerbaijan, the purpose of visit consists of participation in the forthcoming "round table ” on the topic “The role of court in formation of civil society ”. The round table will be carried out on March 30, by the Constitutional Court of the Azerbaijan Republic and bilateral project GTZ “Support of judicial and legal reforms in Azerbaijan”. Judges of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, Appeal and Economic Courts, the courts of the first instance, and also representatives of the Ministry of Justice will take part at the roundtable. On March 28, for participation in the action, the chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Baden-Wittenberg Land and the Stuttgart Supreme Land court of Germany Eberhardt Schitles will arrive in Baku.
During a week visit Rolf Knieper and Eberhartdt Schitles will meet a number of officials. Rolf Knieper also will meet students of Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic and deliver a lecture on “Necessity of conducting legal reforms in Azerbaijan”.
