SIXTEEN AZERBAIJANI STUDENTS TO STUDY IN RUSSIA THIS YEAR
According to the agreement between Azerbaijani Ministry of Education and Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, sixteen young Azerbaijanis will pursue their studies in the RF higher educational institutions in 2006-2007 academic year.
Azerbaijani students majoring in radio engineering, geodesy, geoecology, medicine, history-archive studies, land-based transport systems, computing machinery, complexes, systems and networks will study in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Vladimir, Belgorod and Ekaterinburg.
Russia will cover tuition fees while Azerbaijani Ministry of Education will reimburse traveling costs once a year and pay $100 monthly scholarship to each student.
