Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding convenes for another meeting

Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, chaired another meeting of the Supervisory Board of Azerbaijan Investment Holding (AIH) on Friday.
The agenda of the meeting discussed the report on the activities of portfolio companies transferred under the management of the Holding in 2024, including financial outcomes, EBIDTA indicators of the portfolio companies, the new companies (“Azeraluminum” LLC, “Azerbaijan Aluminum” OJSC, and “Azerpambig” AIC) transferred under the management of AIH, the final report of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on the corporative management evaluation project in the portfolio companies, practical recommendations, as well as other issues.
The meeting also heard report of Ruslan Alikhanov, AIH Chief Executive Officer.
In conclusion, the meeting participants adopted decisions on the discussed topics and issued instructions to the AIH Executive Board.
