VOTERS SHOW HIGH ACTIVITY IN BINAGADI DISTRICT
As was stated, parliamentary elections differ from the former activity of voters. So, in spite of the fact that elections have begun in 8.00 morning, already at 7.30 voters have gathered near the poll stations. Some hours later from the beginning of voting, but in elections have already taken part over 100 voters from 1266.
Here all rules are observed. At the entrance of voters on polling districts, the special device checks the big finger of their left hand whether there is no invisible ink the voter is authorized enter the poll station. After drawing invisible ink the ballot sheet is presented. All this process is watched and fixed by observers.
On the polling station #10 where 1152 voters are registered, any infringements of the law were not marked, and the voting passes in the organized order.
On both poll stations, observers watch closely the course of voting. On the constituencies, representatives of the Mitofsky International, Edison Media Research and CESSI Ltd. carry out the “exit-poll”.
