World Azerbaijani Youth to gather for first congress in Frankfurt
Baku, November 16 (AZERTAC). The first congress of world Azerbaijani youth will take place in Frankfurt, Germany on November 26-28.
The event co-organized by the State Committee for Work with Diaspora and Ministry of Youth and Sport will be conducted under the State Program on Azerbaijani Youth endorsed by the President of Azerbaijan.
The event will be attended by Azerbaijan`s state and government officials, MPs, Azerbaijani ambassadors to Russia, France, Austria, Germany UK, Switzerland and Turkey, representatives of the Council of Europe, TurkPA, OIC Youth Forum, European Court of Human Rights, heads of youth organizations, presidents of diaspora organizations in foreign countries as well as students studying abroad.
Panel discussions at the event will revolve around youth`s contribution to building diaspora, awareness-raising about Azerbaijan, integration of youth into foreign societies and other issues.
The congress participants are scheduled to create the Union of World Azerbaijani Youth
The Virtual Weekend School project will also be presented.
