Zambian representative: Azerbaijan’s “Smart Village” concept is impressive

Baku, May 18, AZERTAC

“WUF13 hosted by Azerbaijan has been organized at a high level,” Meekson Mwamulando, a representative from Zambiawho who is participating in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), told AZERTAC.

He noted that during a visit to Garabagh, they witnessed smart village projects in the liberated territories, which made a strong impression. He added that Azerbaijan serves as an inspiring example for both the Global South and the Global North in smart city and smart village development.
