30 teams from BHOS advance to finals of TEKNOFEST-2025

Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) hosted a meeting with the teams that advanced to the finals of the Aerospace and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST-2025, held in Istanbul.
BHOS Rector Elmar Gasimov wished the teams success and expressed confidence that they would achieve outstanding results in the finals. He noted that Baku Higher Oil School is the higher education institution with the largest number of teams representing Azerbaijan: 30 out of 43 teams are from BHOS. The rector emphasized that the university attaches special importance to this competition, adding that compared to the first year, the number of BHOS teams reaching the finals has tripled.
The TEKNOFEST representative in Azerbaijan, Ahmet Köse, highlighted that BHOS continues to be a source of pride for TEKNOFEST, as it is represented in the finals by the largest number of teams from Azerbaijan. He expressed confidence that the university’s teams would achieve excellent results in the competition.
Deputy Head of the Innovation Division of the Strategic Management and Innovations Department of SOCAR, Kheyraddin Mehdizada, and Department Head of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, Vusala Gurbanova, also wished the teams success, noting that they stand ready to provide support at all times.
