Aktau presents young artists` handicrafts of Turkic world

An exhibition of winners of the competition of young artists on the theme "Traditional children's games of the Turkic world" was held as part of "Aktau-2025: The Cultural Capital of the Turkic World".
The competition, which took place within the framework of the 42nd session of culture ministers of TÜRKSOY Member States, served to preserve the values of the Turkic peoples, as well as their tangible and intangible cultural heritage, and to pass this heritage on to future generations.
More than 2,000 applications were submitted to the competition, which resulted in 18 young artists from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Turkey taking first, second and third places.
