A ceremony of signing Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan documents has been held with the participation of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

A joint statement by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was signed by the heads of state Ilham Aliyev and Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

“The Protocol between the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the “Turkmenistan Airlines” Agency of Turkmenistan” was signed by Chairman of the Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company Jahangir Asgarov and Chairman of the “Turkmenistan Airlines” Agency Dovran Saburov.

“The Agreement on Cooperation between the Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Closed Joint-Stock Company and the State Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography Committee of Turkmenistan” was signed by Chairman of the Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Closed Joint-Stock Company Rovshan Mammadov and Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Atageldy Shamuradov.

“The Agreement on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Turkmenistan in the field of migration” was signed by Chief of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vusal Huseynov and Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan Mergen Gurdov.

“The Memorandum of Understanding in the field of library affairs between the National Library of Azerbaijan and the State Library of the State Cultural Center of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan” was signed by Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Abulfas Garayev and Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Atageldy Shamuradov.

“The Protocol on Cooperation between Baku State University and the Makhtumkuli Turkmen State University” was signed by Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and Minister of Education of Turkmenistan Mammetmyrat Geldyniyazov.

“The Memorandum of Understanding on joint construction, ownership and operation of a fiber-optic communication line along the bottom of the Caspian Sea on the Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan route between the “AzerTelecom” Limited Liability Company and “Turkmentelecom” telecommunications company” was signed by Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramin Guluzade and Chairman of the “Türkmen Aragatnaşyk” Agency of Turkmenistan Khadjimyrat Khudaigulyev.

“The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies between the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the “Türkmen Aragatnaşyk” Agency of Turkmenistan” was signed by Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramin Guluzade and Chairman of the “Türkmen Aragatnaşyk” Agency of Turkmenistan Khadjimyrat Khudaigulyev.

“The Protocol on Cooperation between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan in the field of studying and protecting the biological diversity of the Caspian Sea” was signed by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev and Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan Magtymguly Bayramdurdyev.

“The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the sphere of the land cadaster between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan” was signed by Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov and Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan Magtymguly Bayramdurdyev.

“The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of registration of property rights between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan” was signed by Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov.

“The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Turkmenistan on the mutual allocation of land for the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan and the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Azerbaijan” was signed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov.

“The Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute of Control Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and the Institute of Seismology and Atmospheric Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan” was signed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Minister of Education of Turkmenistan Mammetmyrat Geldyniyazov.

“The Agreement on cooperation between the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and the Makhtumkuli Institute of Languages, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan” was signed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Atageldy Shamuradov.

“The Memorandum of Understanding between the Export and Investment Promotion Fund in the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan” was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Chary Gilıjov.

“The Memorandum of Understanding between the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan” was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Chary Gilıjov.

“The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the management and privatization of state property” was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Chary Gilıjov.

“The Protocol on amendments and additions to the Agreement on international automobile communication between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Turkmenistan dated 9 May 2008” was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Bayramgeldy Ovezov.
