Azerbaijani embassy in Poland celebrates national leader Heydar Aliyev`s 90th anniversary

Baku, May 15 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s embassy in Poland has organized a celebrative event marking the 90th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev at the Saska Kepa Cultural Center in Warsaw.

According to the embassy, the event brought together employees of diplomatic corps, members of Azerbaijani Cultural Center Society and head of the Khazar district Executive Authorities Gulagha Islamov.

The attendees watched a documentary “Way of literature” prepared by Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism, which dedicated to national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Addressing the event, ambassador Hasan Hasanov spoke of national leader Heydar Aliyev`s life, activities and his role in establishing and strengthening the Azerbaijani statehood.

He also highlighted Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev`s policy, his steps towards expansion of economic and cultural relations with foreign countries, as well as economic reforms in the country.
