Azerbaijani gymnasts claim third medal at FISU World University Games

The Azerbaijan rhythmic gymnastics team in group exercises secured their third medal at the 32nd World University Games of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) in Rhine-Ruhr, Germany.
The Team Azerbaijan, featuring gymnasts Laman Alimuradova, Kamilla Aliyeva, Yelyzaveta Luzan, Darya Sorokina, and Gullu Aghalarzade, clinched a silver medal by scoring total of 23,950 points in the exercises with three balls and two hoops.
Ukraine finished on the top of the podium.
This latest silver medal further enriches the Team Azerbaijan’s medal tally at the Universiade, following their earlier victories in the all-around and five ribbons events.
