Azerbaijani Minister of Culture and Tourism meets Iranian ICT Minister
Baku, November 8 AZERTACAzerbaijani Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfas Garayev has met Iranian Communications and Information Technology Minister Mahmoud Vaezi.
Mr. Garayev spoke of the history of Azerbaijan`s relations with “friendly” Iran, and stressed the importance of developing the bilateral ties. The Minister said the days of Azerbaijani culture will be held in Iran next year.
Mr. Vaezi noted the necessity of holding reciprocal days of culture. He highlighted the forthcoming visit of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Azerbaijan, adding several documents would be signed during the trip.
On benefits of facilitating visa regime, the Minister said this would contribute to increasing the number of tourist flow between the two countries.
They hailed Azerbaijani-Iranian cooperation and the two countries` supporting each other in several international organizations.
