Azerbaijani young prodigy triumphs at violin competition in Italy
Baku, May 17, AZERTAC
The 8-year-old Azerbaijani violinist, Dilshad Farhadzade, secured first place at the 12th International Youth Music Competition, "Dinu Lipatti," held in Tivoli, Italy. A student at the Bulbul Music School and a participant and laureate of international competitions, Dilshad excelled in the final round of the junior age category with a performance of Fritz Kreisler's "Prelude and Allegro."
The International Music Competition Dinu Lipatti has been held for over 20 years, with annual contests since 1994. It encompasses various disciplines, including piano, violin, flute, clarinet, composition, horn, trumpet, and singing. This prestigious event promotes young talents by combining high-quality concerts with various master classes.
