President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev’s official visit to Jordan in July this year has given a kick-start to bilateral relations, according to the Azerbaijan’s embassy in Jordan. Both countries make every effort to realize 25 intergovernmental agreements signed.

The Azerbaijani embassy works hard to monitor the situation and solve the current problems. The embassy is planning to mark the 15th anniversary of Azerbaijan-Jordan diplomatic relations in February next year.

Ambassador Elman Arasly met a number of Jordan officials in September to hold joint business forums, conferences, exhibitions, concerts and other events.

The Royal Jordanian Airline will launch Amman-Baku flight next year. It is to give an impetus to bilateral relations between the countries.
