Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture meets representatives of Qatar Holding
Baku, February 5 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijan`s Minister of Agriculture Heydar Asadov has today met representatives of Qatar Holding.
Asadov praised relations between Azerbaijan and Qatar.
He highlighted fruitful investment environment in Azerbaijan, and stressed the importance of conducting joint researches in the agrarian sphere and exploring the export opportunities.
Deputy Head of the Business Development Department of the Holding Mohammad al Mosallam said agriculture plays an important role in Azerbaijan`s economy, adding they are interested in investing in this field.
Both sides appointed coordinators with the aim of developing cooperative relations.
Ambassador of Qatar Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Jassem Al Thani was also present at the meeting.
