AZERI MP TO MONITOR PRE-ELECTION SITUATION IN GEORGIA
Member of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) Ganira Pashayeva, who is a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe`s (PACE) mission, left for Tbilisi to monitor the pre-election situation in the country.
Along with PACE`s Estonian, Albanian and Hungarian representatives, the Azeri MP will meet with Georgian state, parliamentary and governmental officials and ombudsperson, as well as representatives of international and local NGOs, Georgian offices of the OSCE, European Union and Council of Europe.
The PACE delegation will also meet with representatives of ruling and opposition parties at the parliament, chairman of central election committee and media to learn pre-election situation in the country.
