Budapest hosts official reception marking 90th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev

Baku, May 12 (AZERTAC). The Azerbaijani Embassy in Hungary has hosted an official reception marking the 90th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The event was attended by Hungarian officials, members of the Azerbaijani community, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps in Budapest.

Azerbaijani ambassador Vilayat Guliyev briefed the event participants on the role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in protection and strengthening of the Azerbaijani statehood. He said development of Azerbaijan and the country’s increasing prestige across the world was associated with the name of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The diplomat said President Ilham Aliyev was successfully continuing the national leader’s policy.
