Cambodia keen on applying “ASAN Khidmet” concept

A delegation from Cambodia, led by Vandeth Chea, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, visited the “ASAN Khidmet” Center in Baku.
The visit was held as part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on introducing the “ASAN Khidmet” concept in Cambodia, signed between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cambodian Ministry of Post and Telecommunications in December 2025.
During the visit, Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, briefed the Cambodian officials on the “ASAN Khidmet” concept, established at the initiative of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, as well as the innovative solutions implemented in the public service sector. He added that ASAN has evolved into an intellectual brand exported to more than 30 countries, including those in Southeast Asia.
The Cambodian minister expressed his country’s keenness to implement the “ASAN Khidmet” concept within a short period.
Subsequently, the Cambodian officials observed the operations of the “ASAN Khidmet” Center and familiarized themselves with the activities of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, Mobile ASAN Khidmet, ASAN TV and Radio, and the “Bilim Baku” Center.
