DEVELOPMENT OF “SHAHDENIZ” UNDER DISCUSSION IN ISTANBUL

Minister of Fuel and Energy of Azerbaijan Mejid Karimov is now visiting Istanbul, where he is expected to partake in the meeting of the South-Caucasus pipeline technical committee within the frameworks of the development of the “Shahdeniz” field.

The sitting participants discussed the today’s situation of the project’s realization, course of works in Azerbaijan and Georgia, material-technical procurement, coordination of commercial matters etc.

The sitting attended by representatives of project contractors - BP, SOCAR, Total, LUKAgip, OLEC, TRAO will end July 7.
