EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT FINISHED HEARINGS ON «HUMAN RIGHTS IN EUROPEAN NEIGHBORHOOD POLICY»
Subcommittee on human rights under European Parliament shortly will start hearings on «frozen conflicts» - Nagorno Karabakh, the Trans-Dniester Region, Abkhazia and South Ossetia problems, the reports say.
On the eve, European Parliament finished hearings on «Human Rights in European Neighborhood Policy». The hearings focused on as implementations of European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) principles, state of democratic rights and freedom, stand of media, integration into Europe and other issues. Subcommittee on human rights under European Parliament will start hearings on «frozen conflicts» - Nagorno Karabakh, the Trans-Dniester Region, Abkhazia and South Ossetia problems. Niku Popesku, representative of European Union Foreign Policy Council and Martin Ies Bielavski, representative of Cambridge International Research Center will make report on Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
