I wish to convey my congratulations and best wishes upon your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I look forward to our ongoing cooperation, including through the United Nations Country Team in Baku, on matters of mutual interest and I count on the commitment of Azerbaijan to the values and principles of the United Nations. I thank Azerbaijan for its role as the President of the Security Council in October 2013 and I appreciate its dedication to addressing, jointly with the United Nations, global challenges in the areas of peace and security and sustainable development.
