INTERNATIONAL AZERBAIJAN INVESTMENT SUMMIT KICKS OFF IN LONDON
Baku, 8 December (AZERTAC). London-based Adam Smith Conferences is hosting the 1st International Azerbaijan Investment Summit.
The program of the summit features 10 information-packed sessions focusing on key sectors, such as: Oil and Gas, Banking & Finance, Telecoms and IT, Agriculture and Food Processing, Construction and Transport Infrastructure.
Key areas to be covered at the summit include: Azerbaijan`s economic development and macroeconomic stability; Investment climate outlook; Exploration, development, production and transportation of oil and gas- latest trends and developments; Azerbaijan`s banking sector: current status and priorities; the financial sector`s role in supporting Azerbaijan`s economic growth; Business and investment opportunities in high growth sectors of Azerbaijan`s economy, such as agriculture, telecoms, construction and real estate, transport infrastructure and power generation; and Trade and export finance in Azerbaijan.
Speakers at the event will include Azeri Deputy Minister for Economic Development Sevinj Hasanova, executive director of Azerbaijan Investment Company Afgan Isayev, executive director of Caspian International Investment Company Togrul Kocharli and acting head of Azerbaijan Export & Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) Adil Mammadov.
