Involvement of student volunteers to Baku-2015 European Games discussed

Azerbaijan`s minister of education Mikayil Jabbarov has met with heads of higher education institutions of the country to discuss involvement of student volunteers to the Baku-2015 European Games.
The Minister stressed the importance of the European Games to be held in Azerbaijan, adding volunteers would play key role in successive organization of the Games. He underlined the involvement and coordination of student volunteers to large-scale events play important role in various countries. “This activity serves to social interests, and students can develop their skills, earn work experience and get new circle of friends,” the Minister added.
Mr. Jabbarov underlined Azerbaijan, in turn, has tradition of involvement of the student volunteers to internationally important events held in the country, adding “we should benefit from this experience during the European Games”.
