Istanbul hosts photo-exhibition titled “Azerbaijan- the pearl of Islamic culture”
Baku, December 25 (AZERTAC). A photo-exhibition titled “Azerbaijan- the pearl of Islamic culture” has been held at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul, Turkey.
The exhibition, dedicated to the birthday of President Ilham Aliyev was organized by the State Committee for Work with Religious Associations of Azerbaijan. It featured photos reflecting the Azerbaijani President’s activities concerning restoration of historical mosques and construction of new mosques.
The exhibition was praised by the Turkish and foreign social and political figures, members of the parliament and representatives of mass media.
