Kamal Abdulla’s novel “The unfinished manuscript” arouses great interest among Italian readers

The novel by the famous Azerbaijani writer Kamal Abdulla “The unfinished manuscript” translated into Italian language was presented at the XIII traditional book fair in Rome.
Director of Sandro Teti Publishing House Sandro Teti highlighted Kamal Abdulla`s works, and hailed his contribution to the development of multiculturalism.
Kamal Abdulla said he was proud to have his book come out in Italian language.
The book has been translated into Italian by Daniele Franzoni, the “Foreword” written by the famous writer and historian, professor of the Florentine University Franco Cardini.
The novel is narrating the imaginary life of medieval icons. When a young researcher accidentally comes across a manuscript in the Manuscripts Institute, he discovers the unexpected but well-known epic Kitabi Dada Gorgud, combined with the history of Azerbaijani shah and poet Shah Ismail's life set in an entirely new interpretation. This stunning novel turns into a game of literary fiction that has already thrilled readers around the world.
The novel has been published in English, French, Turkish, Russian, Polish, Arabic, and Portuguese.
