KAZAKH VOTERS ACTIVE IN BAKU
Voter turnout in the Kazakh parliamentary elections was high in the polling station in the Kazakhstan’s embassy in Baku on August 18. All registered voters participated in the voting. The youngest voter was 18-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan of Azerbaijani descent Saida Tarverdiyeva who came to Baku to pursue her education.
The voting process was monitored by representatives of the Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan and international observers.
The polling station closed at 08:00 p.m. local time.
