Mayor of Tbilisi visits Icheri Shekher
Baku, November 28 (AZERTAC). Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava on Monday visited the Icheri Shekher State Historical-Architectural Reserve (Old City) in Baku.
The guest was informed that Icheri Shekher is a historical monument of Baku included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage list. The guest visited the Maiden Tower and toured Sıratagly architectural complex. The Tbilisi mayor and his spouse tasted national Azerbaijan bread here.
Ugulava and accompanying delegation also visited Shirvanshakhs’ Palace Complex and Art Garden, where Tbilisi mayor wrote his wishes in "Old City" honorary guests’ book.
