MINISTRY OF JUSTICE IMPLEMENT EFFICIENT PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE JUSTICE SYSTEM
Experts of the center, who are in Azerbaijan, deliver lectures for judges, judge candidates and employees of the Justice system on pressing topics and conduct exchanges of specialist and experience.
On July 20, a seminar on “Execution of judicial decisions: European standards and advanced experience” was held in the Ministry of Justice within the frameworks of the project.
Employees of the Ministry, bailiffs, judge candidates and young lawyers, who succeeded in competitions for vacancies in justice system, took part in the seminar.
Opening the seminar, Togrul Musayev, deputy Minister of Justice and member of Directorial Board of European General Law Center, said the event was being held within the measures which aim to increase the efficiency of the judgment in the country accordance to president Ilham Aliyev’s commissions. He said the fair execution of judicial decisions was of great significance for the development of the justice system. He briefed the participants on the works carried out by the ministry to solve the problems existed in this field.
He noted that last year the issue of execution of judicial decisions had been discussed in detail at the meeting of board of the ministry, where the members of the board had reached a comprehensive decision to carry out a complex measures on improvement of the work of judgment execution.

Ümumiyyətlə, indiyədək 2,8 milyon manatlıq vəsait sərf olunmaqla, Qapalı əl oyunları meydanının əsas korpusu ucaldılmış, stadionun 50 yerlik mehmanxanası, nasosxanası, xidmət otaqları, baş tribunası inşa edilmişdir. İdman qurğularının gələn ilin birinci yarısında istifadəyə verilməsi nəzərdə tutulur.
