Moscow hosts meeting of CIS Economic Council

The 67th meeting of the Committee on Economic Affairs of CIS Economic Council has been held in Moscow.
First Deputy PM Yagub Eyyubov represented Azerbaijan at the meeting joined by Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu.
The agenda included 20 issues covering interaction of CIS countries in the field of economy. The participants discussed a draft action plan for the implementation of the third phase (2016-2020 years) of the Economic Development Strategy, and the Convention on inter-regional cooperation.
The meeting heard reports on the implementation of the free trade zone agreement, draft protocol on amendments to the agreement on the rules of products' origin and other issues.
